I ate bad calorie pizza (which tasted AWESOME) for dinner last night, and 2 slices of leftovers tonight.
And after 2 slices tonight I wanted more. I walked around my kitchen trying to convince myself to eat something else. Oreos- YES! YUM! Wait, no.. bad.
Without giving further thought, I grabbed the carrots out of the fridge and just started munching away. Desire for 3rd slice of pizza went away, and I stuffed myself on good stuff tonight.
It may not be much, but sometimes we have to pat ourselves on the back for the small wins.
